Terms and Conditions

1.  If, for whatever reason you cannot fulfill your volunteer time, it is your obligation to give the volunteer 
     coordinator 48  hours notice.

2.  You must treat every customer with respect and dignity.

3.  Unconditional confidentially of customers is expected at all times. 

4.  You must never question whom the organizers choose as customers, regardless of how they appear to you.

5.  If a customer becomes unruly or difficult to handle, do not try and solve the issue yourself.  You must communicate
     immediately with the store manager.

6.  You are not to eat or open any of the merchandise.  It is strictly for the customers.  The volunteers will be served on
     a regular basis.

7.  When given an assignment, you must stay at your assigned task.  The only person who can change your task is the    
     store manager.

8.  You must consider your volunteering assignments as employment.  The time you of yourself give enables the families
      in need to provide food for their families.
